Our return policy is straight forward, contact us within 45 days of receiving the order if you are unsatisfied with it. All returns are FREE and we will provide a return label via email.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@elogiofashion.com and we will be happy to provide you return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and we have received your item(s), a full refund will be issued on your original payment method. You can expect the funds to be in your account within 3-7 business days.

All our jewelry comes in a matte black leatherette jewelry box. These elegant jewelry boxes are perfect for our premium jewelry. The integral cover cloth protects against scratches and gives the boxes a chic appearance. All jewelry boxes have a hinged lid with a hidden magnet, keeping the boxes closed. The package is also FSC Certified. No more wood is cut down than the forest can reproduce. This means better protection of the animal- and plant life, and all foresters have proper training, safety equipment and a decent wage.
